"This is really something," said Jeremy Guy after sledding down "Mount Monroe," bouncing across a road and flipping into the ditch on the other side. Guy was one of many area residents that have enjoyed all of the snow on the large mound of dirt that was left over after a lagoon was excavated on the south end of Monroe.
Shortly after Guy made the flying journey down the side of the large mound, his daughter, Taryn Schlemmer, followed behind him. It was a tough ride but Guy's comforting arms were all that was needed to call for a repeat trip on her sled.
