Trevin Sanders, 18, Union City, Ohio, has been charged with aggravated murder, two counts of aggravated homicide and numerous other charges in connection with the murder of Robert and Colleen Grube of Fort Recovery, Ohio in November of 2011.
Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Gray noted that aggravated murder specifies that Sanders purposely, with prior calculation and design, caused the death of Robert and Colleen Grube by means of a firearm.
Other charges include kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
Sanders' charges have been filed in Mercer County Juvenile Court as he was 17 years old at the time of the crimes.
On Tuesday, authorities also arrested Bryant Rhoades, 22, Union City, and charged him with one count of obstructing justice, a felony of the third degree.
Grey said that the investigation continues and his office welcomes any leads or tips that would assist in the case.
A full story of the arrest will appear in Monday's Berne Tri-Weekly News.
