Cindy Marie Simon
Cindy Marie Simon, 56, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2012 in her home. She was born on January 18, 1956 in Decatur to Floyd and Barbara (Baumgartner) Simon.
She attended St. Johns (Michigan) High School, Waycraft in Bucyrus (Ohio), and Newhope Industries and Day Hab, both in Mansfield.
She is survived by her mother, Barbara Haefeli of Mansfield; her father and step-mother, Floyd and Dorothy Simon of Berne; two sisters, Annette (Armand) LaMay of Fairport, New York; and Betty Forgacs of Stow, Ohio; brother, Barry (Ginny) Simon of Oak Hills, California; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Vergena Baumgartner; and Frank and Alma Simon; her step-father, Carl Haefeli; and brother-in-law, Larry Forgacs.
Her family will receive friends for an hour and a half prior to the 1:00 p.m. funeral service on Thursday, June 28 at Snyder Funeral Home, 2553 Lexington Avenue, Mansfield, Ohio. Officiating will be Rev. John Johnson of Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29 at Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bryant.
