Madge Marcile Jones, 90, of Ohio City, Ohio died at 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at VanCrest of Convoy in Convoy, Ohio. She was born on April 21, 1921 near Wren, Ohio to Clarence Clyde and Anna W. (Kever) Jones and Ada (Fluckiger) Jones.
She is survived by two brothers, Howard D. (Joan) Jones of rural Ohio City, Ohio; and Leon B. (Joyce) Jones of Defiance, Ohio; and sister, Pauline Jones of Van Wert, Ohio
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, W. Josephine Myers; and five brothers, Lloyd C. Jones; Paul Jones; Harold Harry Jones, Sr.; Daniel Clyde Jones; and Floyd W. Jones.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 2 also at the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Keith Jones and Chaplain Linda Jones (her nephew and niece). Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City, Ohio.
