Ruthella Shaw
Ruthella Shaw, 87, a resident of Convoy, Ohio, died at 1:46 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Convoy Care Center where she had been a resident since August 2004.
She was born on December 27, 1922, in Van Wert County, Ohio to Francis and Florence (Fauble) Konkle. She was married on June 14, 1947 to Lawrence Shaw.
She was a member of Sugar Ridge Church of God near Convoy, Ohio. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Fennig of Monroe; and two grandchildren, Frederick; and Katie Fennig, both of Monroe.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on December 9, 2008; one daughter who died in infancy; and a son-in-law, Rodney Fennig.
Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. to the time of the 7:30 p.m. service on Wednesday, August 18 at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, 616 S. Washington Street in Van Wert, Ohio. Officiating is Pastor Steven G. Waterman. Burial will be in Van Wert Woodland Cemetery on Thursday, August 19 at 9:00 a.m.
