Vera M. Jamison
Vera M. Jamison, 78, a resident of Bluffton, and formerly of Decatur, died at 1:33 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her residence.
She was born on March 18, 1932, in Adams County, to Orley A. and Noami M. (Ramsey) Krick. She was married on August 25, 1950 to Francis E. Jamison.
She is survived by one son, David W. Jamison of Angola; three daughters, Mrs. Darline (Carl) Nahrwold of Leo; Mrs. Debra (Brian) Bultemeier of Greenfield; and Mrs. Sherlie (Charlie) Walters of Decatur; one brother, Gerald “Toad” (Nancy) Krick of Geneva; one sister, Mrs. Marvene (Tom) Buuck of Decatur; six grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1998; one son, Robert G. Jamison; one grandson, Joshua Jamison; one granddaughter, Andrea Banter; and two brothers, Gene and Vance Krick.
Visitation was from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25 at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home in Decatur. Service was at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 26 at the funeral home. Officiating was Chad Ringger. Burial was in Decatur Cemetery.
