LEO-CEDARVILLE – Leo connected on 7-of-7 3-point shots in the first quarter, opening up a 38-14 lead, and never relented as it pasted a 104-73 loss on visiting Adams Central in varsity boys basketball Tuesday night.
The loss drops Adams Central to 9-6 overall and eliminates them from contention in the Allen County Athletic Conference race with a 4-2 mark. Leo, now 15-1 on the season, moves to 6-0 in the ACAC. The Lions visit Bluffton Thursday night with a chance to clinch the conference title outright.
