Falcons fly by Starfires with late run
Poised to score a signature victory and end a 14-game losing streak, South Adams ran out of steam late and fell to Winchester 69-56 Tuesday night at the Stardome.
Winchester entered the contest having won four of its last five, and boast a starting lineup with one of the stronger players South Adams has come up against this season in sophomore Kiante Enis.
Enis did not disappoint, throwing in a game high 22 points, but early on his high-flying offense was not enough to scare off a Starfire squad that has played competitively since being blown out by Norwell a week ago.
