Frickey burns Jets for four TDs
Adams Central stuck right with Garrett for the first 38 minutes, but had trouble keeping pace over the final 10 and lost to the host Railroaders Friday in an Allen County Athletic Conference football game.
The Jets (2-2, 0-2 ACAC) led the Railroaders 14-13 after a 45-yard run by Spencer Sharp early in the fourth quarter, but, after a solid kick return by Brandon Porter, Garrett running back Todd Frickey burned Adams Central for a 53-yard run on the first play from scrimmage.
Adams Central fumbled its ensuing kick return at its own 40-yard line, and Frickey made them pay when he rambled 32 yards on the third play of the drive.
