In spite of Adams Central's 20-13 homecoming loss to Heritage on Friday night, Jets' head coach Mike Mosser had nothing but praise for the rejuvenated effort his Jets put into their effort to try to bring down a strong Heritage team.
"We saw something tonight that I've wanted to see," said Mosser. "This is a big moment for us. We played with so much heart. I talked 'vision' with the guys all night. I told them that we have to stay positive in all things. We played for the win in this game.
"I'm really proud of the fellows," continued Mosser. "We took the ball right at them. We didn't quit."
