Local children celebrate Halloween
The children of Berne and the surrounding area packed the Muensterberg Clock Tower, the Lehman Park, the Berne Public Library, and the streets of Berne on Thursday evening for the city wide Trick-or-Treat night. The line wrapped around the plaza as children patiently waited their turn to go around the Clock Tower and get their treats.
